At People Pulse, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality HR services and solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website or directly via consultation.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, strategy, and consulting hours, refunds are generally not issued for services that have already been delivered or initiated.

However, if you believe the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery at contact@peoplepulse.sg, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Products or Subscriptions

If we offer digital services, tools, or subscriptions (e.g., HR templates, reports, or platform access), refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • No significant usage or download has occurred.

  • The refund request includes a valid reason.

After this period or once the service has been accessed extensively, we reserve the right to decline refund requests.

3. Cancellations

For recurring services or monthly subscriptions (if applicable), clients may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly so we can discuss a fair resolution.
